Judo - D.S.B.V. Yoroshi
Judo is a modern Japanese martial art that was created by Jigoro Kano in 1882. This sport is based on the martial art of jiu jitsu. The biggest difference between these two sports is that in judo, with the exception of 'kata', you do not use kicks or punches. One of the most important concepts in judo is to be as effective as possible using as little effort as possible. You can do this by using your opponent's strength against him, for example.
Association training - Advanced
The Delft students Budo Sports Association D.S.B.V. Yoroshi organises advanced training for budosports in collaboration with X. The advanced trainings are only accessible for Yoroshi members and will take place, just like the ticket hours, in the Dojo of X.
With a Yoroshi membership you can do more than just participate in the advanced training. Last year, Yoroshi organized for their members Budo sports related clinics like gun disarming and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
More information like the training schedule can be found on Yoroshi.nl and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us via the mail at bestuur@yoroshi.nl.
This page provides an overview of the activities offered by the association. You do not need to register for association activities through the webshop; the schedule simply shows when these activities take place. To participate in an association activity, you must have both a valid X membership and a membership of the relevant association.Good to know...
