Boxing - Beginners
Boxing is an intensity sport in which you use a lot of energy in a short time. During competitions, a round lasts only 2 or 3 minutes. Hand, foot and eye coordination are important, but you are also mentally busy making split-second decisions. Keep watching is important so you can read your opponent and predict what he/she/they are going to do. In an official match, boxers try to score points by hitting each other on the right hit areas. This requires 3 judges who use the '10-points must system' to decide who will be the winner of the match.
