Course levels
This course is designed for people with little to no ballet experience (less than one year). You’ll learn the fundamental principles of classical ballet, including posture, arm and foot positions, plié, tendu, simple jumps, and turns. Each class includes exercises at the barre, in the centre, and across the floor, with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and coordination.
The aim is to give you a solid technical foundation in a safe, encouraging, and patient learning environment. The teaching approach is based on passion, individual attention, and steady progress at your own pace.
Ballet is not just about technique, it’s also about self-expression, confidence, and joy. Even if you’ve never danced before, this class offers a welcoming space to explore movement, enjoy the learning process, and discover what ballet can bring to your life, both physically and emotionally.
This course is for dancers with at least one year of ballet experience. You’ll work on more complex combinations, turns and jumps, with a faster pace and greater technical challenge than in beginner classes. Barre and centre exercises help improve posture, coordination and alignment.
Alongside learning new movements, you’ll also refine what you already know, focusing on musicality, detail, and body awareness to enhance the quality and control of your technique. The content changes regularly, making this class suitable to take more than once as you continue to grow.
The atmosphere is warm yet focused, with space for individual attention. The aim isn’t perfection, but progress, technically, artistically and personally. Whether you're building strength, refining your lines or exploring new challenges, this class invites you to deepen your ballet practice with both structure and joy.
This course is for experienced dancers with several years of ballet training. The pace is faster, and the focus is on advanced technique, coordination, and execution.
You’ll work on complex combinations such as tombé, pas de bourrée and glissade, jeté, glissade, assemblé, requiring precise coordination of the arms, legs, torso, and head. There’s a strong emphasis on musicality, clean lines, and seamless transitions.
Each course block offers new material, making it suitable to take multiple times as you continue to refine and challenge your practice, both technically and artistically.
